The User-Generated Content (UGC) database consists of video files and a data file.
This video data folder was constructed using videos from various news channels and user-generated content found on YouTube. The videos from the news channels originate from Euronews, France24, RT, Saudi TV, and BBC TV. Each video was broken down into individual scenes creating a database of 12067 videos, with 3535 of them being user-generated. Content of various resolutions was used: 144p, 360p, 480p, 720p, 1080p.
This data file contains a table in CSV format. The first column contains file name matching videos in the database folder. In a few cases names may differ a bit because of formating. The other columns point to the mean video indicators of each shot.
