At the Faculty of Computer Science, Electronics, and Telecommunications at AGH University, we conduct numerous research and development projects in the field of Quality of Experience (QoE), combining modern technologies, data analysis, and optimisation of user experience in digital systems and services. Our initiatives include both academic research and industry collaboration, providing innovative solutions for the rapidly evolving IT, telecommunications, and digital media sectors.
What do we do?
- Research on user experience quality – we analyse how users perceive different technologies and how their comfort can be improved.
- Development of QoE optimization algorithms and methods – we utilize AI, machine learning, and computational methods to enhance service quality.
- Experiments and testing in real-world environments – we conduct UX/UI research, performance tests, and network simulations.
