Miko\u0142aj Leszczuk, a innymi osobami zaanga\u017cowanymi w projekt s\u0105 dr in\u017c. Micha\u0142 Grega, dr hab. in\u017c. Lucjan Janowski i mgr in\u017c. Jakub Nawa\u0142a.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>G\u0142\u00f3wnym celem proponowanego projektu jest podniesienie gotowo\u015bci technologicznej wynik\u00f3w projektu bazowego \u201eDost\u0119p do wieloj\u0119zycznych informacji i opinii\u201d (AMIS) do poziomu gotowo\u015bci technologicznej (TRL) VII, gdzie mo\u017cliwe jest zademonstrowanie prototypu technologii w warunkach eksploatacyjnych oraz prowadzenie przedwdro\u017ceniowych prac koncepcyjnych.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dok\u0142adniej, celem B+R jest tworzenie\/rozwijanie technik (algorytm\u00f3w i ich implementacji) wspieraj\u0105cych tworzenie system\u00f3w podsumowania sekwencji wideo. Tworzone technologie b\u0119d\u0105 opiera\u0107 si\u0119 przede wszystkim na tzw. Wska\u017anikach Jako\u015bci (QI), kt\u00f3re analizuj\u0105 tre\u015bci audio-wideo (sekwencje wideo) i przypisuj\u0105 warto\u015bci liczbowe (\u201ewagi\u201d) poszczeg\u00f3lnym jej fragmentom. Takie QI pozwalaj\u0105 okre\u015bli\u0107, na ile dany fragment (np. uj\u0119cie) mo\u017ce zainteresowa\u0107 u\u017cytkownika, a tak\u017ce jak ocenia si\u0119 jego jako\u015b\u0107 audiowizualn\u0105. Oczekuje si\u0119, \u017ce projekt dostarczy technologie podsumowuj\u0105ce, kt\u00f3re uwzgl\u0119dniaj\u0105 warto\u015bci QI podczas procesu podsumowywania (abstrakcji) oryginalnej tre\u015bci. Projekt zak\u0142ada zar\u00f3wno stworzenie\/opracowanie wst\u0119pnych rozwi\u0105za\u0144 zar\u00f3wno poszczeg\u00f3lnych QIs, jak i ca\u0142ych narz\u0119dzi do tworzenia wizualnych podsumowa\u0144, stworzonych wcze\u015bniej przez Katedr\u0119 Telekomunikacji AGH. Rezultatem projektu AMIS by\u0142 system podsumowania wiadomo\u015bci. Realizacja projektu pozwoli na stworzenie technologii bliskiej komercjalizacji dostosowanej do aktualnych wymaga\u0144 tre\u015bci audiowizualnych \u2013 zar\u00f3wno jako ca\u0142o\u015bci, jak i pojedynczych wybranych komponent\u00f3w.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jednocze\u015bnie celem projektu jest przeprowadzenie prac koncepcyjnych maj\u0105cych na celu okre\u015blenie gospodarczego u\u017cycia wynik\u00f3w bada\u0144, przeprowadzenie analiz rynkowych, pozyskanie partner\u00f3w zainteresowanych wsp\u00f3\u0142prac\u0105 badawczo-rozwojow\u0105 i wdro\u017ceniem wynik\u00f3w projektu oraz opracowanie strategii dzia\u0142a\u0144 maj\u0105ce na celu zabezpieczenie praw do ochrony w\u0142asno\u015bci intelektualnej wynik\u00f3w bada\u0144.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The AGH Department of Telecommunications obtained funding for the project &#8220;Technologies Supporting the Summarization of Video Sequences&#8221; under the Joint Venture of the National Center for Research and Development and the National Science Center to support the practical use of basic research results &#8211; TANGO.
