VQEG Spring Meeting 2026 Successfully Held at AGH University of Krak\u00f3w<\/strong>

The Video Quality Experts Group (VQEG) Spring Meeting 2026 was successfully held from 18 to 22 May 2026<\/strong> at AGH University of Krak\u00f3w, Poland, hosted by the QoE Research Group<\/strong> at the Faculty of Computer Science, Electronics and Telecommunications.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The meeting was organised in a hybrid format<\/strong>, welcoming participants in-person at Building B-9 (Czarnowiejska 74, Krak\u00f3w) and remotely via Microsoft Teams. Over five days, researchers, engineers, and practitioners from academia and industry engaged in technical sessions, group discussions, and collaborative working meetings on video quality assessment and quality of experience (QoE).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The event was co-hosted by Prof. Miko\u0142aj Leszczuk<\/strong> , jak i Prof. Lucjan Janowski<\/strong>, with support from the QoE Research Group team. The meeting was held without sponsorship, reflecting the open and inclusive nature of the VQEG community.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
